Psychology has been a passion of Chrystal's since she was a Freshman in high school. She authentically says her passion for the art and science of psychology, as well as for helping others in any way she can, has only grown stronger as time has passed. She would be honored to be a part of your journey in healing, helping you find clarity where you need it.

A note from Chrystal:

While life is filled with beauty, there can be obstacles at any turn. Some are short-term; some we struggle with continually. No matter where you are in the journey of your life, I want to meet you there. I want to provide a safe, comfortable, and accepting space for you to come for support. With a strength-based approach I could assist you in coming to understand yourself, realizing your own value, and conquering your obstacles. I utilize evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your individual needs. These approaches will be focused on reaching the goals that you choose, or we choose together.
